Terms and conditions of self storage at Safe & Secure Storage.

What you need to bring with you

In order to protect you, your property and goods we require;

• Proof of identity - either a passport or driving licence.
• 2 utility bills in your name.
• If you have lived at your current address for 2 years or less then; 2 utility bills from your previous address.
• A letter from your insurance company informing us that your possessions are insured or you may sign a disclaimer.

What we need from you

At the initial set up, we need a security deposit which is refundable at the end of your storage period and one month's rent in advance.

We accept all major credit/ debit cards, cheque, cash or you can set up a standing order.

We only require one week's written notice that you wish to end your storage contract with us.
